If you are a member of the Westbrook community and would like to request funding from FOWS, please complete our application and email it to friendsofwestbrook@gmail.com.  The FOWS’ Board meets twice a year to review requests and will award grants to those projects that demonstrate the most cost-effective impact relative to the benefits achieved for Westbrook students, teachers, families, or community.  Note that urgent requests, such as those related to student food insecurity or safety, will be evaluated on an ad-hoc basis as needed.

Core components of the application include a summary of the project, quantifiable impact, costs, FOWS financial contribution, timing, and attestations that neither MCPS nor the Westbrook PTA can fund the request.  We look forward to working with you and please feel free to reach out anytime with questions or comments!
