Founded in 1999, the Friends of Westbrook School Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that raises funds for Westbrook school improvements that do not fall within the expenditure guidelines of the PTA and are not included in Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) spending plans.

Does FOWS work with the Westbrook PTA and the Westbrook Principal?
FOWS works in collaboration with the Westbrook PTA and school leadership to determine what improvements are of greatest need for the Westbrook community. To ensure a seamless partnership, the Westbrook Principal and current PTA president are members of the FOWS Board of Directors.
